Order by Wednesday
Place your rental order at least 5 days before your event. We recommend ordering by Wednesday for weekend events to guarantee on-time delivery.
Arrives cleaned & pressed
Your dress ships in a garment bag, cleaned, steamed, and ready to wear. We include a care card with any last-minute touch-up tips.
Wear it, love it
You have a 4-day rental window. Enjoy your event — minor wear is expected and covered. No dry cleaning required before return.
Return with ease
Drop the dress in the prepaid return bag and leave it at any USPS location. That's it — no trips to the dry cleaner, no hassle.
Rental Policies
Simple, transparent, and designed with you in mind.
Rental window
All rentals include a 4-day window. Your dress arrives 1–2 days before your event and must be returned the day after.
Sizing & fit
We recommend ordering your true size. Each listing includes detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, size up — alterations are not permitted on rental items.
Minor damage
Normal wear — small snags, light makeup marks — is covered at no extra charge. Significant damage (tears, stains, lost embellishments) may incur a repair fee.
Cancellations
Cancel up to 7 days before your rental start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive store credit valid for 12 months.
Late returns
Returns postmarked more than 1 day after your rental end date are subject to a $25/day late fee.
Shipping
Free 2-day shipping both ways on all orders. Expedited overnight shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
